This is the Privacy Policy governing your use of the Waybiz.com site ("Site") and the collection, use, transfer and processing of your collected Information by Waybiz Limited (collectively referred to as "Waybiz.com", "we" or "us"). We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting the information that you provide us when you use Waybiz.com and when register your Free or Premium profile on our site. By using this Site, you consent to our Privacy Policy set out below.

By clicking on a link, logo or other item, or using certain services available on the Site, including the online communication services, please note that you may no longer be on the Waybiz.com Site.

Information we gather and use

Registration

If you register a free profile on Waybiz.com, we collect and store your Personal and Business Information that specifically identifies you and the company you represents. At this time, the most information you would be required to submit is your company name, first name, last name, email address, password and location. To complete your profile to go live, you may be asked to add additional information which includes your company address, username and other optional information such as company’s annual turnover, export percentage etc. While registering for a free profile, we will not ask for your financial Account information.

Without your agreement, we will not share, rent or sell any personal or business information with third parties in any way other than what is disclosed in this privacy statement. We use your personal and business Information for our own internal purposes including contacting you via email to inform you about updates to our Services and providing you with information relating to e-commerce transactions that you conduct on the Site. We, however, reserve the right to verify the information you provide on your business profile on Waybiz.com. We also reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law. We do not rent or sell our Users' Personal and Business Information to third parties. We do, however, provide you with the opportunity to receive newsletters via email. If you decide to opt in to receive newsletters, you may opt out of receiving these newsletters at any time by clicking on your Preferences and choosing Email Notifications to Unsubscribe.

Business Connections

Waybiz.com allows users to connect with their past or existing clients, suppliers and business partners as their business connections on their Waybiz.com profile. Suppliers can display their connected clients and mutually agreed transactions details on their profile on the site. The information you and your connected clients choose to display on your Waybiz.com profile will be accessible to other users, which may be registered users on the site or just visitors.

Connexions Ranking™

We uses the information available on your Waybiz.com business profile, which includes your company’s information, the number of your connected clients and the transactions details, to rank your company using our Connexions Ranking™ algorithm. This may include the information, which you or your clients may have chosen to hide from other users.

Premium Profile

To upgrade to Premium Profile, we may seek some additional information and documentary evidence about your company. Similarly, we may also ask the same from your connected clients on your Waybiz.com profile. We may also require a valid credit card number and name as it appears on the credit card. Credit card information is transmitted via SSL ("Secure Socket Layer") encryption for your protection.

Verification and Disclosure of Information

Upgrade to Premium profile is subject to verification and authentication (A&V) procedures to verify the registration information about you and the your connected clients on your Waybiz.com by Waybiz or third party credit rating agency. "Authentication" refers to confirmation by the A&V Agency of yours and your connected client’s business registration. "Verification" refers to confirmation by the A&V Agency that the contact person indicated in your profile and your connected client’s profiles as their authorized representative to represent them on the Site. You authorize Waybiz.com and its authorized third party credit rating providers (at Waybiz.com's sole choice) (the "A&V Agency") to conduct the A&V about you and your connected clients. You agree to provide all necessary information and render all reasonable assistance and cooperation that either Waybiz.com or the A&V Agency may require in order to complete the A&V.

If we have reason to believe that a User is in breach of the Terms of User Agreement or any other agreement with us, then we reserve the right to make public or otherwise disclose such User's Collected Information in order to pursue our claim or prevent further injury to Waybiz or others.

Cookies

When you use the Site, Waybiz.com may place small data files called cookies on your computer. Waybiz.com uses cookies to enable Users to specify unique preferences and to track Visitor and User use of the site, including trends and patterns. Waybiz.com sends a session cookie to your computer when you log in to your Account. This type of cookie helps if you visit multiple pages on the Site during the same session, so that you don't need to enter your password on each page. Once you log out or close your browser, this cookie expires. Waybiz.com also uses longer-lasting cookies for other purposes such as to display your project related information. Waybiz.com encodes our cookies so that only we can interpret the information stored in them. Users and Visitors always have the option of disabling cookies via their browser preferences. If you disable cookies on your browser, please note that some parts of our Site may not function as effectively or may be considerably slower.

Terminating Your Membership

We save your Personal and business Information until your membership with us is terminated. To terminate your membership, please email to admin@waybiz.com. If you terminate your membership, your Personal and business Information cannot be recovered. You may continue to receive email communications for a short period of time until we have updated all of our databases. After termination of your membership, your Personal and Business Information may remain on our archived database and records. Notwithstanding the above, we will maintain information on Users who have been removed for violating our Membership Agreement.

Security

We make available a secure page for entering sensitive information, protected by industry-standard SSL encryption technology. This technology encrypts your information prior to transmitting it over the Internet.

We maintain the confidential information you provide us in a secure database. Please keep in mind that while we have established safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of your Waybiz information, we cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, in the event of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or our policies).
