Your Published Testimonials Received are the Testimonials which you received from your clients and are published on your profile to be viewed by others.
Your Published Testimonials Written are the Testimonials which you have written to your Suppliers and are published on their profiles to be viewed by others.
Your Pending Testimonials Received are the Testimonials which you received from your clients but are pending to be approved by you to appear on your profile.

You can post testimonial anonymously by clicking on this tickbox and in that case your company name will not appear with your Testimonial. Only your Country and Industry will be displayed eg A Consumer Products Company in UK.

Cumberland Buiding Society were looking for a solution to improve the security and management of its main website and also a new internet Banking system. A large amount of research was undertaken with particular concern on - Website defacement, DNS Hijacking, Availability monitoring,  IT Staffing Levels/Knowledge/Support - we did not have a 24 x 7 IT   ops/support team and quickly realised we did not have high levels of knowledge required to deal with ongoing monitoring/security management, Server availability/performance monitoring, Pharming, Some of these items were available from individual suppliers, but MSC were able to deliver all of the above. We were recommended to use MSC for our new server and having researched the market we decided to take up references on their web site. The firm we chose to contact no longer used them but said that the only reason that they stopped doing so was because they had employed an in house technician. With this reference and the recommendation we had in the beginning we decided that we would take the plunge and go for it. To say that the whole thing went smoothly would be a lie; we really didn't expect it too. However we were so impressed by the fact that whatever happened including having our internet connection cut by Tiscalli instead of upgrading it, MSC were there all the way helping us find other solutions to the problems and making sure that we could continue to work. The friendliness of the staff and willing attitude to help was so different to that we have experienced with other I.T firms. We are so impressed with their service that we have transferred all our IT to them now, including our web hosting, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
