From the very start - the logo design to photos and website layout they knew exactly what I wanted, and have really listened to what i've said. This has been a very easy process and extremly quick. I have also had great follow up support on search engine listings, marketing and helpful tips all the way. I would thoroughly reccomend.
What an amazing service! Apart from me getting a little confused as to what I was supposed to be doing along the way, the experience of working with this team and seeing the end result has been excellent. A bit of IT awareness and web design experience is useful once the website is up and running ready for you to use (but not essential) but the tutorials and support have been excellent. Having asked a few friends/family what they would put into Google looking for our core work, we hit the top three slots each time within just a few weeks of going live. I am extremely pleased with my new website. The setting it up, for someone like myself who is not particularly computer savvy, was made comparitively easy with your tutorials, instructions and help at the end of the phone. Most importantly, my clients like the site and say it is user friendly.

I had been searching for quite a while for someone to design and host a website for me. I found HealthHosts quite by accident - I was looking at a website they had designed for someone I knew. HealthHosts had everything I wanted and needed in a website. The design templates were amazing and I had decided on one particular template, but I thought I'd ask them to design something just for me. I must admit I was a bit vague on what I wanted as I didn't really know myself what I wanted, but the HealthHost team rose to the challenge and I was amazed at what they come up with. After months wrestling with html and trying to learn to use Dreamweaver, I decided to buy a CMS to get myself online, I first went with Mr Site as they were so cheap, but as with everything, you get what you pay for. I would spend many hours daily tweaking but I was never happy with the result. Then I saw HealthHosts in a magazine and was astounded at the quality they offer for such a good price; it's low-cost but not low-quality. For an IT-challenged person like myself, HealthHosts website service has so far been like a dream from which I hope I do not wake up. Firstly, I am amazed at the short response time both in getting the site set up and in getting my multiple questions answered. Although I have had a website for a number of years now, I had always kept away from managing the content of it myself because of a fear of HTML. So instead I would have to pay my webman to make the changes. What that meant in reality was that I didn't keep the site as up to date as I would have liked, trying to keep the costs down. When HealthHosts was suggested by a colleague, thought I had nothing to lose by giving it a go, after all the costs were not excessive and I wouldn’t be tied into a contract.

We first used Healt Hosts as an emergency measure as we already have our own websites but needed to quickly implement a new project. However the system is so simple and effective, for uploading information, pictures and quickly posting new pages as well as ready made forms that we now often use the HealthHosts website in preference to our existing sites. We can easily get access from anywhere and quickly update information without software that is only on the office desktop. The new website quickly reached the top 10 in Google and is an asset to all our nutritionists in London.
