Your Connection Suppliers are your suppliers to whom you have written Testimonials on their Waybiz profile.
Your Published Testimonials Received are the Testimonials which you received from your clients and are published on your profile to be viewed by others.
Your Published Testimonials Written are the Testimonials which you have written to your Suppliers and are published on their profiles to be viewed by others.
Your Pending Testimonials Received are the Testimonials which you received from your clients but are pending to be approved by you to appear on your profile.

For any Coach, I feel that supervision is an essential. As a new coach, finding Joe has been a real eye opener as to how well Coaching can work. Joe is open, friendly and totally passionate about what he does. I feel that I have really progressed as a Coach and would recommend him whole heartedly.
I have had several supervisory coaching sessions with Joe O'Connor of Educar Coaching over the past six months both face to face and over the phone. I remember saying to a colleague that I found Joe's supervision superb because he somehow managed to be fully there and yet was never in the way. Joe is very personable and easy to relate to. His supervision seems at first to be very gentle. But when required to he will push you on the difficult issues and ensure that you have understood the implications, both for yourself and for your client, of the decisions you make and of the questions you have both faced and avoided.
Just wanted to say that I found the time I spent with ye during the summer was an extremely positive experience. Joe, I came to you with my son Denis. I noticed Denis was very shy and unconfident outside of home. This I felt was causing him to suppress his potential. Denis was reluctant on his first visit but came out of your office feeling 10 foot tall. I could see him improve almost immediately. He was now facing the world head on, rather than head down. This was affirmed to me at his parent teacher meeting. A number of teacher's told me they could see Denis was a lot more confident in himself. I know this experience has improved Denis' quality of life. Denis is so privileged to have had this experience at this stage of his life. Denis is now in control of his life and knows how to create his future. As a mother you want to provide for your child. I was unable to give Denis the confidence and self belief he needed - You did this and I am so grateful.
