We are really pleased with the results that Eclyptix has provided. The quality of work that they have created has been second to none. They have done a great job of taking what we have asked them to do and creating a solid custom social networking platform with a concrete foundation that we will be able to build upon in the future. Eclyptix, through its utilization of Basecamp, has made me feel like part of the design team every step of the way and has taken the website design process to a new level. I could not be more pleased with the service I have received and I believe Basecamp was a large part of my experience.
I am not the type of person who would have ever thought about having a website developed… in fact; the extent of my computer knowledge is limited to pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL. So, I shocked myself when I realized there was a need for a new website and I undertook the project. Looking back at our entire design and development process – I don't know how we would have accomplished the project in the manner it was accomplished without Basecamp. When beginning my search for a web development company, I first interviewed local web developers since I thought that regular face-to-face meetings were necessary. I interviewed several local developers, but I came to understand that my project was too complex for them, so I expanded my search.
