My wife and I received our copies of our Separation Agreement and are very happy with the content which had a lot more details than we would have thought off. We understand that it is our own agreement and are not at all perturbed that it was not drawn up by solicitors. For a start €400 is far more reasonable than the €2,500 and €3,000 we were quoted and we have always been fair in our dealings. Many thanks it was important for us to get something down on pape.
Thanks for the Separation Agreement. We had it witnessed by a Commissioner for Oaths and it was accepted by our financial institution. We can transfer the mortgage now. Good job
Many thanks to all at Diy Judicial Separation. I was in court today and received my decree and all orders approved. I was quoted a minimum of €6,000 by a solicitor so when I saw you charging €800 I thought there was a catch, especially with full payment up front. Much to my surprise there still exists people in Ireland who do a very good professional job at a very reasonable price. Dont go away I will be back for my divorce.
Peter, I cant believe it I received my Judicial Separation today. The Judge said it was the first Judicial Separation he had seen by a lay person and complimented us on our paperwork. He made special mention on the pension adjustment orders and said someone knows what they are doing. Keep up the good work. I will spread the news.

Sorry to take so long to drop a note, I meant to do this a few weeks ago. My divorce went through with no problems on January 31st in Cork Circuit Family Court. I was very happy with your service, the whole process went very smoothly and the cost was excellent. The experience on my part was good, no difficulties to report. The Family Law Office staff and the County Registrar were extremely helpful and supportive at all points. I know the practice differs slightly between courts. In Cork, we had an initial day with the County Registrar to get a date for the hearing. I didn’t have the list on that day so I was reduced to looking over a solicitor’s shoulder to keep an eye on it. It would have been useful to have a list, I should have known to ask. It wasn’t needed on the day of the divorce as the court office write out in advance with a list number. Initial callover was at 10.30am and we were gone by 11.00am even though we were number 11. Thanks again.

I thought I would never see the day where I could say I was divorced, and thanks to you I am able to say that last Friday the 7th March 2008. As you know it was quick and fast, only for the small hiccup where he refused the mail, you were there to guide me on what to do, which only really held it up 2 weeks and then we had Christmas. Again I cannot express my thanks as I have spent the last 4 years fighting this in the legal system which was costing me an arm and a leg, I have a good few friends who are waiting to apply for divorce and I have told them stay away from solicitors and I have given them your address and will always recommend you and shout out the praises of you and your service and back up you provided me again.

First consulted you on 17th July and subsequently received my decree of divorce and pension adjustment order in Roscommon County Circuit Court on 31st October, just over 3 months and that’s with the Courts not sitting in August and September. Hi – just wanted to let you know my divorce was granted last week (could have had a court date in early November but had to take time out to have a baby). Everything went very smoothly. Been to court in Naas this morning, they slot me in before the criminal hearings for which they did all listings first, then returned to clear entire court room which left just my ex and myself.
