    Scientific Systems went to the market to select a brand consultancy who could partner with us in building an internationally focused brand within the emerging field of Fault Detection Classification.     The DANONE GERVAIS CRM programmer is a two-strand communications programmer, based entirely on tightly segmented data streams. The Baby strand talks to Mums when their baby is aged 4 months, 7 months, ten, 13 and 18 months old. The Family strand talks to Mums of children aged between 1 and 4, at six month intervals.
    A key customer insight that drives every aspect of this strategy, is that mothers are quick to ‘filter out' anything they perceive to be irrelevant to the age of their child. The differential can be a matter of months. Hence, it is imperative that our creative accurately reflects the age of each data segment within the audience group, and Dan One's understanding of their changing needs and requirements.
    Two years on, every mailing within the programmer receives response rates of 35 - 60%, and we have over-achieved on all acquisition targets. Much of this success can be attributed to the expertise and design interpretation of our team at Creative Inc. Their understanding of the data segments, and the creative expression required within each communication to reflect our growing audience, has been a true asset.
    Data capture and analysis from the mailings has already enabled future segmentation across the product range and the age groups within. These findings are all fed back into the creative process and the tailoring of our communications. In this respect, Creative Inc contributes as a valuable partner in this complex programme of highly targeted, relationship-building communication.

    The Company Law Review Group (CLRG) is a statutory body whose purpose is to review and consolidate company law in the interests of promoting and maintaining high business standards. The CLRG engaged Creative Inc to progress the development of a corporate logo and a set of design templates for use on all office stationery, reports, brochures, website, etc. to reflect its diverse range of activities and customers.
    The project was completed to a high standard within the allotted timeframe. The Creative Inc team were courteous, responsive, approachable and professional. The progress between the various stages of the project was seamless. They produced a myriad of high quality options and designs and were receptive to comments and input from the CLRG.     DublinCity Council is the largest local authority in Ireland The Local Government Act, 2001 required that DublinCorporation, had to officially change its name from 1 January 2002 to DublinCity Council.
    DublinCity Council has also changed its methods of doing business and has undergone changes both at political and organizational level. Area based service delivery has been implemented to provide services at a local level thus improving accessibility and efficiency of these services. Changing the logo is an opportunity to reflect the modern organization we have become, while acknowledging the past.
    Creative Inc was selected by DublinCity Council from 5 other design and brand management companies to progress the development of a corporate identity and a set of design templates for use on all office stationary, forms, reports, brochures, website, fleet, clothing etc. to reflect our diverse range of services. The intention of the City Council is to roll-out our new identity and initiatives on a phased basis.
    Creative Inc's work on the re-branding of DublinCity Council has been thoroughly professional to date. They have produced many high quality options and designs and were receptive to comments and input from DublinCity Council.     As this is the first time we have used TV to promote the college and its courses we were naturally very conscious about choosing the right creative partner.
