I highly recommend C Infinity's online backup service provided in partnership with Iron Mountain. Originally we used tape drive backup on the server but that fell by the wayside because of the hassle involved. Then we went for a back up to external hard drives. The problem with that though is that you can't just open up the hard drives and find the files you want. With the C Infinity solution, you can just log on online and recover the specific files you want immediately. So when a designer accidentally deleted an entire folder of pages recently, we were able to pick a restore point half an hour earlier, highlight the deleted file and recover them in minutes. Amazing.

From the outset your staff attended our premises and installed and configured Live Vault in an extremely efficient and professional manner. Given that we had a very large volume of data to backup, C Infinity's engineers arranged for the initial backup to take place in an effective and efficient manner which eliminated any bandwidth issues during our working day resulting in no impact to our business.
Since then the service has been running without any problems. We have utilized the restore process, which takes seconds, on a number of occasions both as a result of data erased on site and for testing of the backups.
It is important to us to know that our data is backed up and protected securely in one of the top data centers in Europe in a manner that it is fully compliant with the relevant Data Protection Acts. With this in mind I would have no hesitation in recommending C Infinity as an efficient, reliable and trustworthy data backup partner and indeed I have already passed on their details to some of our own clients and fellow accountants."
