We are a United Kingdom based company predominantly concerned with the manufacture and distribution of Health care products in the United Kingdom, Europe and North America. We were introduced to China 2 West a year ago.We have since met with the Company Managers and sourcing agents in their offices based in Zhuhai. Their operations managers are predominantly British. Most speak fluent Chinese which is a real bonus when undertaking manufacturing in the China factories. It makes communications much easier and more meaningful for the factories which in turn cuts down on the amount of potential mistakes resulting in a faster and more efficient service. We have found all of the Engineers and sourcing agents within C2W to be most helpful, very hard working and enthusiastic in all of their activities. They provide an excellent level of service with daily updates of progress as projects roll out. We currently have around 12 active manufacturing and sourcing jobs underway with C2W all at different stages from initial design concepts right the way through to mass production in the areas of injection moulding, metal fabrication, material fabrication along with some more specialized work in the area of Health and Beauty. To summarize, we believe that C2W are an effective and efficient operation that provide a high level of service and “they do what they say they are going to do” – which is not always the case with other companies. Last but not least C2W have a United Kingdom based Director who is fully involved in all United Kingdom – China projects which means that if ever a quick get together is required there is a senior officer of the company on hand and readily available. As a growing United Kingdom based company we would highly recommend C2W services for all of your sourcing and manufacturing requirements in the Far East.

I can vouch for China to West being a friendly and reliable company to deal with. Our relationship with China to West was tested at the beginning due to an issue with quality. However, it must be said that once this was brought to their attention, the problems were investigated and resolved satisfactorily and we are now very happy with the quality of their work. China to West is also reliable in terms of meeting deadlines on time. I anticipated problems with communication and translation, but my fears proved groundless – China to West is easily contacted and is English-speaking.

China2west stood out as the only viable source of supply. Your communications were timely and detailed. If I have another opportunity to source goods in China, you will be my first port of call. It may help you to know that I tried a variety of contacts found through Alibaba.com, other United Kingdom based agents, the Chinese Commission and the Chinese trade office ~ all with a very mixed results. This would indicate that there is no competent supplier that can easily be found, other than yourselves. This is a significant opportunity for your company and I would council you to capitalist on this opportunity.

Our experience of these companies has been mixed but generally less than satisfactory which has been a major concern when having goods manufactured in China. We were introduced to China 2 West last year and during this time have found their operation to be highly efficient and the levels of communication and ability to respond quickly to any situation extremely satisfactory - in particular is their ability to understand our requirements and relay these to the factories in such a way as to remove any areas of possible misunderstanding.
