In my recent case there were some ongoing issues with my machine. I feel that some outfits might have responded well that's a complication that we were not expecting so that will cost you more. You did not make this an issue (which I do not think it was) and just got on and finished the job. You dealings are straight and, for any future problems that I might have, I am glad that I have you to come to.
I first heard about AI from my sister who had her PC repaired by you previously. I have been very pleased with the service from your company over the years - I bought my wireless modems from AI last year and found the staff very helpful since at the time I was not sure what I needed.
I have since had my laptop and PC repaired by AI, and was pleased by both the friendly staff and the update phonecalls. When I collected my PC the report sheet was very clear, and when I found that my laptop was still not operating properly after I collected it A1 said immediately and without demur that they would take it back and fix it satisfactorily.

I am one of your happy customers and have always been treated very well by the front office staff, the computer engineers onsite, the other computer engineers who have visited my home, and as a result you can label me a very loyal customer, one who constantly gives your details to others.

During the summer I needed computer repairs done urgently and was very pleased with the speed of the repairs. I have often dealt with Mark on the phone and in person and found him, as well as any other staff member I had dealings with, very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable.

Hi Mark. Ok, I was very pleased with the service A1 Computers provided, when my machine developed a fault.It was the first time I needed to have a machine repaired, and therefore, did not know where to go or who to talk to. As I know that there are plenty of friends of friends who are so called experts with computers, I reached for the Yellow Pages. I was impressed with the wording of the advertisement, and as A1 computers are located on the south side, decided to give you a call.
The initial contact was excellent, lady who answered was very helpful, and I was reassured when she was up front with the charges. As you can see the machine is in perfect working order again, and yes, I will relay my good experience and satisfaction in dealing with A1, to all of my friends.

I called you first and then took my machine to your shop. I have no technical knowledge about the inside of a computer and found your help very good. You gave me a good description of what was wrong with the computer and also explained what your fees were likely to be so when I came to pay there were no surprises. The work was done within 2 days. The price I was told would be charged was charged and the guy behind the counter was happy to carry my computer to my car for me as I had hurt my back that morning! We were anxious to use a fairly local service, several year’s ago when an Epson printer required repair. At that time A1 were based in Bray, so we decided to request your assistance.

I have used A1 for several years firstly in Bray and now in Dublin. On the basis of the service provided for my existing computers - repairs, parts, and services etc - I decided to buy a new laptop from A1 this month. I decided to bring the computer to you because a person answered the phone instead of an answering machine! MK seemed very well informed about the problem my machine had and was clear in explaining the procedure that would be taken to assess the computer. She gave an air of confidence that your business would be capable of fixing my problem. My computer has been working well since your repairs and service.
As always the service from each member of staff was first class. I came in, in a panic, and was dealt with calmly and in a reassuring manner. I was contacted by Mark regularly to give me updates on what was happening. The repair was completed on a timely basis and appears to have worked.
Also, my last visit was one that, if I had used my head, I could have dealt with myself and I was not treated any less courteously - good job.
Both John and Mark gave me some tips on the better use of the battery, standby etc.
From my point of view your service was first class and I do not have any recommendations for improvement.

Hi there. I just want to record my appreciation of a job really well done last Thursday.
Having purchased a new laptop I was faced with the need to transfer my old Outlook files, including the archived files in a hurry before travelling with my laptop. The person on whom I normally call for help (not an A1 employee) was, unfortunately, not able to help me.
As I pondered my plight I received you latest emailed update and suddenly saw the possibility of a solution with your help.
When I phoned and explained what I needed to do and the short time available (about 2 hours) I was greeted with a wonderful 'can do' or rather, 'we'll try our bast' response. Always a lovely thing to receive when you're under pressure, rather than the more common - 'you've left it a bit late, haven't you mate?!'- or similar.
When I delivered the PC, again it was pleasant and reassuring response, the job duly carried out within the 90 minutes.
I was, of course, asked to pay the minimum express charge fee which was no problem for a turnaround like this.
To those concerned this may not have been a big job - but as I sit here on my travels in Dubai airport I can only think about the hassle that I would have been caused had the job not have got done.
Once again my sincere appreciation to everyone involved.
